Please contact Ecomarine Ocean Kayak Centre in person, by phone or email to register for any of our programs. We require participant contact information and payment in full to confirm your spot. All participants will receive an information package via email. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis and a wait list will be created for any sold out programs.
Note: All programs are subject to 12% HST. Visa & MasterCard are accepted.
CANCELLATIONS
- A $10 per person administration charge will be applied for any transfers or cancellations (see guidelines below).
- In the event of a cancellation by Ecomarine, the program will be rebooked or a full refund will be issued.
- Ecomarine reserves the right to cancel any program at any time.
One Day Courses - programs in Vancouver
- No refunds or transfers will be permitted within 48 hours of your program commencing.
Multi Day Courses - programs in Vancouver
- No refunds or transfers will be permitted within 7 days of your start date.
Multi Day Tours - Programs run outside of Vancouver
- No refunds or transfers will be permitted within 60 days of your start date.
- Additional cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Please contact us for details.
REQUIRED PAPERWORK
- All participants over 19 years of age are required to sign a release of claims form for each on-water session
- All participants under 19 years of age must have a Parental Consent Form and a medical form completed by their legal guardian.
- Participants in all lessons must have a completed medical form
- Participants are responsible for reporting potential medical problems to the course instructor before any on-water sessions.
